1. Two-day free trial
First launch includes a two-day full-feature trial with no payment information and no automatic charge when it ends.
2. First subscription
After live sales open, a first annual subscription may be refunded within 14 calendar days of payment. Include the purchase email and order ID.
3. Renewal payments
Within seven calendar days of a renewal charge, you may request review if you have not continued using the product in the new term. Fraud, repeated abuse, or clear license violations may be declined.
4. Technical issues
If the app cannot be installed or core features do not work on a supported Mac, contact support first. A refund may be offered if the issue cannot be resolved in a reasonable time.
5. Method and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Timing depends on the checkout provider, bank, or payment network and usually takes several business days.
6. How to request
Use the support page and include purchase email, order ID, reason, and issue details. A verified support email will be published before live sales.
